About the ACB
The Arkansas Council of the Blind, as an affiliate of the American Council of the Blind, is the leading membership organization for the blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind citizens of the State of Arkansas. It is a non-profit charitable organization that was founded in 1961 and is incorporated in the District of Columbia.
